Your tickets. Your brand. Your money.

Take bookings for every session, party and event on a page that carries your brand. Money lands in your own account, not ours, and our fee is an honest, flat 3%. Then Hatch quietly gets to work filling your next session.

One page sells the lot.

Skating sessions, kids' parties, holiday clubs and seasonal events. All of it sold and scanned through the same booking page your guests already trust.

We built the ticketing system we always wanted.

Fifteen years of booking through other people's platforms taught us exactly what not to do.

We've used different ticketing systems ourselves for over fifteen years, and there was always something.

Hidden fees that only appeared at the end of a long onboarding process. Customer service that went quiet when it mattered. Small frustrations that added up over time. Hatch is our answer to all of it: honest pricing you can see from the start, real people when you need a hand, and your takings landing straight in your own account.

The Hatch team

The check-in desk, sorted.

Sell online, run the day, and get people through the door, without three different tools fighting each other.

Your Stripe, your money

Payments land in your own Stripe account. You're the merchant of record, so Hatch never holds your funds. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work from day one, and setup is a few guided clicks with us on hand to help you through it.

Many events, one venue

Skating, parties, afternoon tea, each with its own tickets, prices and times. Add a new event on sale in minutes.

Timed sessions, real capacity

Every slot knows how many spaces are left and stops selling when it's full. No overbooking, no door-step surprises.

Your own booking page

A booking site with your logo, your colours and your own address at yourvenue.hatchtickets.co.uk. It looks like your venue, not a generic marketplace.

It doesn't just take bookings. It goes and gets them.

Every booking quietly works to bring you the next one, with nothing to set up and nothing to remember. Here's the afterlife of one Saturday booking.

SAT 11:02

Sarah books the 11:30 skate

She ticks "keep me posted" at checkout, and your mailing list grows by one. A real list you own, and can export whenever you like. For a lot of venues it's the first one they've ever had.

SAT 11:47

Dan wanders off mid-booking

An hour later Hatch sends him a gentle "your tickets are waiting". Basket rescued, revenue quietly recovered, nothing for you to do.

SAT 14:00

Sarah shares the plan

One tap posts her booking to the family group chat, previewing with your photo and your name. Her cousin books the same session.

SUN 10:00

The review nudge lands

While yesterday's visit is still fresh, Sarah gets a friendly ask to leave a Google review. More reviews are the best thing a local venue can do to get found.

MON 08:00

Your week, in your inbox

Bookings taken, money in, busiest sessions, in plain English. You know how the week went without logging in to find out.

EVERY DAY

The poster by the till keeps working

A one-click printed QR poster turns walk-ins into online bookings, and every confirmation email shows off what else is on.

It runs on its own, and every bit of it is included in your 3%*.

*Stripe's standard card fees apply on top, as with any card payment. See pricing.

And you get found where people are already looking.

The moment a venue goes live it's set up to be found, and to look right everywhere its link lands, with nothing to configure.

On Google's radar

Every session is published as structured event data, the kind Google uses for event results and "things to do near me".

Ready for local search

Your address, contact and opening details go out as business data, so you appear when people search nearby.

Looks right when shared

Paste your link into WhatsApp, Facebook or a text and it previews with your photo and name, never a blank box.

Live by the weekend.

No long onboarding, no developers. If you can run your venue, you can run Hatch.

We set you up

Tell us about your venue and we create your account and your branded booking page.

Build what you sell

Add your events, tickets, prices and sessions, all from your phone.

Sell on your page

Share your link. Guests book and pay; their ticket arrives by email with a QR code and one-tap add-to-calendar buttons.

Check them in

Scan at the door from any device. See who's in, live. Done.

Don't take our word for it. Have a wander round Hatch Park, our live show venue, and see exactly what your guests would see.

Simple pricing. 3% a booking.

No setup fee, no monthly minimum, and no fee we force onto your guests. Money lands in your own Stripe account and Hatch takes a flat 3% of what you sell. With Stripe's own card fees on top you're all in at roughly 4.5% + 20p a booking (why Stripe?). One honest number, the same whether a guest books one ticket or ten, with every marketing tool already inside it.

A £40 family booking

Card fees (Stripe)−£0.80
You keep£38.00
  • Money into your own Stripe, not ours
  • No surprise fees, whatever guests pay is shown upfront
  • Absorb our 3% or pass it on as a booking fee, your call
  • Rolling monthly for your first year, no lock-in
  • Every marketing tool included, no add-on tier

A rolling monthly agreement to start. Once we've proven ourselves, we can talk about a longer term together.

The fee on that same £40 family booking

What you'd hand over in total, card fees included, on four tickets.

With Hatch£2.00
A typical ticketing platform*~£5.10

*Based on a common published rate of around 7% plus 59p a ticket. Because that 59p is charged per ticket, it stacks up on a family of four and the gap widens fast with the size of the party.

£3+

better off on that one family booking. On a ten-ticket party it's over £8, and across a season of full sessions it adds up fast.

The short answers.

The money

What does it cost?

3% of what you sell. All in, with card fees, that's about 4.5% + 20p a booking. No setup fee, no monthly minimum.

Do I need anything to take payments?

Just a Stripe account, and setting one up is part of onboarding: a button takes you to Stripe's own sign-up, and we're on hand if you get stuck. Your takings land with you directly.

What about refunds?

You refund from your dashboard in a couple of clicks, full or partial, and the money goes back the way it came.

Why is payment through Stripe?

Stripe is one of the world's largest payment providers, trusted by millions of businesses and regulated in the UK. Payments land in your own Stripe account as tickets sell, so you're never waiting until after an event to be paid, and refunds stay in your control. It also brings Apple Pay, Google Pay and fraud protection without any extra setup.

Getting set up

How long to get started?

Once your venue's set up you can build events and open sessions the same day.

Can I run more than one type of event?

Yes. Each event has its own tickets, prices and schedule, all under one venue.

I run more than one venue. Can Hatch cope?

Yes. Venues can be grouped under one login, each keeping its own brand, booking page and Stripe account, and you switch between them from a single dashboard.

Can it match my brand?

Your logo, your accent colour, and your own link at yourvenue.hatchtickets.co.uk. Your brand front and centre, not ours.

What does it run on?

Any phone, tablet or computer with a browser. There's nothing to install.

Can I plug in my own analytics or ads?

Yes. Add your Meta Pixel or Google Analytics ID and your booking page tracks visits and purchases for your campaigns, with cookie consent handled for you.

Can I sell tickets at the door?

Yes. The Sell screen turns any tablet into a till for cash or card, and walk-in sales land in the same reports as everything sold online.

For your guests

How do guests get in?

They show the QR code from their confirmation email and you scan it at the door.

Can guests change their own booking?

Yes. They can add or drop tickets or move to another time from their confirmation, without tying up your check-in desk.

Will my events appear on Google?

Every session is published as structured event data, the format Google uses for event results and "things to do near me", and your address and details go out as business data. That's what qualifies you to appear; where you rank is still up to Google.

Does Hatch help me market my venue?

Yes, automatically. Every booking grows a mailing list you own, asks for a Google review the day after a visit, recovers abandoned baskets and emails you a weekly round-up. It's all included in the 3%.

Ready to open your hatch?

Tell us about your venue and we'll show you it running with your own tickets, live, in a quick demo.
